Alternative Inspection Solutions is searching for 1099 independent sub-contractors to Climb, Inspect and Photograph Residential and Commercial Roof Coverings Expectations of theRoof Inspector:
Ability to access, inspect and photograph any roof Lift, carry, and set up ladders of varying lengths weighing up to 90 lbs Measure and Sketch Roof, Interior and exterior diagrams Travel to perform inspections in areas hit by weather catastrophes when needed Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills Document inspections using our Online Application on your smartphone device Drive your vehicle to inspections in a 50-75 mile radiusPrior Qualifications:
Roof Inspections/ Sales forRoofing Companies Property Field Adjusting Haag Certification Roofing Installer Minimum Requirements:
A clean automobile that is capable of transporting a 32' ft ladder safely A functional Smartphone Ability to potentially travel, especially during catastrophic events such as hurricanes and tornadoes Must have a 32-foot ladder Professional appearance Valid driver's licenseJob Type:
Contract Pay:
