Gulf of America - Offshore (Office as required) About the Role Petroleum Co-Ordinators, Inc. (PCI) is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman/Inspector to serve as the on-site representative for offshore construction and maintenance projects in the Gulf of America. This role ensures all work is completed safely and in full compliance with approved guidelines, contractual obligations, HSE policies, and applicable government regulations. Key Responsibilities Serve as the on-site representative overseeing construction and maintenance projects from start to finish Ensure alignment of HSE requirements across all offshore organizations, service companies, and third-party contractors Communicate with and align the onsite team to safely achieve construction and maintenance objectives on schedule Track subcontractor costs and enter daily time tickets into cost tracking systems Provide visual oversight to confirm work is carried out safely and with regard for the environment Engage and develop the workforce's safety leadership; lead safety and environmental initiatives Ensure simultaneous operations and supporting matrices are followed; maintain clear communication with offshore/onshore project managers Drive teamwork and cooperation across the construction and maintenance team Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Manage site response to unplanned events and emergencies alongside the Project Senior Representative Contribute to final project reporting and assessment Support continuous improvement of project performance Minimum Requirements 8+ years of experience with fabrication contractors and/or operating companies as an inspector Recent offshore experience working from motor vessels and fixed platforms in a maintenance/construction environment Strong written and oral communication skills Proficiency with computers and cost tracking systems Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of construction/maintenance project supervision Ability to work an offshore rotational schedule; may require office time in advance of campaigns or as needed Valid BOSIET or T-HUET (or comparable) certification Valid Safe Gulf, Rig Pass, and Personnel Transfer Basket/Swing Rope Assist Training (or comparable) certification
