- at Kiewit lead the quality assurance and control program on key infrastructure projects we build across North America. You will lead the development, implementation and management of a site-specific quality plan to ensure compliance with all contract documents, regulatory standards, and engineering best practices. Kiewit is building the
- Louisiana International Terminal (LIT)
- at the
- Port of New Orleans
- — a transformative $1.8 billion infrastructure project. This role requires a
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- in the State of Louisiana, or eligibility to transfer an existing license from another State. Relocation assistance can be provided to selected candidate.

We are a leader in technical and traditional bridges, bridge like structures, marine structures, and dredge work. - Responsibilities
- + Lead the development and execution of the
- Project Quality Plan (PQP)
- in alignment with USACE and DOTD standards.
- Qualifications
- + •Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Louisiana•- active and in good standing, or the ability to transfer a license from another state.
- 10 years of experience
- in construction quality management, preferably on large-scale civil infrastructure projects. + Strong knowledge of
- USACE standards
- , •DOTD inspection protocols•, and •NEPA compliance•.
- dam embankment
- , •marine terminal•, or •heavy civil construction•projects.
