What we offer $25.00 - $35.00 hourly, based on experience Overtime at time and a half Benefits that start day one Full medical, dental and vision insurance Annual safety shoe allowance Company paid short and long-term disability and life insurance 401K with 4% company match 15 days of Paid Time Off in your first year Requirements CDL Class A or B Massachusetts Commercial Vehicle Inspector License Ability to work independently at customer locations Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. and work in physically demanding positions (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods) What you'll do Verify vehicle identification and enter accurate vehicle information into the inspection system Inspect and record vehicle equipment and options, including damage and missing or inoperable items Perform basic mechanical inspections on vehicles including powertrain, drivetrain, structural, and electrical components Interpret and analyze inspection results Maintains quality records as needed Other tasks as assigned Advantage Truck Group (ATG) is the largest Western Star and Freightliner dealer in New England with eight locations in Massachusetts, Vermont and New Hampshire, focused on providing a superior employee experience.
