Lead Inspector - Maryland, Washington, D.C. & Virginia We are seeking a qualified Lead Inspector to join our team in a remote, field-based position covering Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia . The ideal candidate will have experience performing lead inspections and sampling in residential and commercial environments and will be comfortable working independently in the field. Candidates with experience in restoration, environmental testing, or a related industry are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Perform lead inspections and sampling at residential and commercial properties Conduct field assessments and collect samples in accordance with applicable requirements Document findings and prepare accurate inspection reports Coordinate with clients, property owners, contractors, and other project stakeholders Travel throughout Maryland, D.C., and Virginia as needed Maintain accurate records and ensure inspections are completed professionally and efficiently Ideal Background Current Lead Inspector certification required Experience performing lead inspections and sampling Background in restoration, environmental services, industrial hygiene, or a related field preferred Strong understanding of applicable lead regulations and inspection procedures Ability to work independently and manage a field-based schedule Strong written and verbal communication skills Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred Candidates certified in both Lead and Asbestos are ideally preferred Compensation & Benefits $30-$40 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Incentive plan to be determined Remote, field-based position Use of personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement Opportunity to work across Maryland, D.C., and Virginia If you're a certified Lead Inspector looking for a flexible field-based opportunity with a growing team, we'd like to hear from you.
