ClaimWarriors.com is a public adjusting company operating in 18 states and growing, helping policyholders navigate residential property insurance claims. We are looking to build a long-term working relationship with an experienced field adjuster, property inspector, or estimator who can become our trusted local resource in Baltimore and the surrounding area. We have a strong volume of claims requiring field work and want someone we can consistently rely on for thorough inspections, accurate documentation, responsive communication, and quality estimates. Our goal is to develop an ongoing partnership with a professional who takes ownership of assignments and delivers work our claims team can depend on. Scope of Work Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties to assess and document damage to roofing, siding, interiors, and other structural components. Capture clear photographs, accurate measurements, detailed notes, and supporting documentation. Coordinate with our desk adjusters before and after inspections to ensure all materials required by the assigned scope are collected. Prepare detailed property damage estimates using industry-standard estimating software, when requested. Submit organized, complete reports within agreed timelines. Occasionally return to properties for follow-up inspections or meetings with insurance adjusters to identify and explain documented damage. Communicate professionally with homeowners and our internal claims team throughout each assignment. Who We're Looking For Demonstrated experience inspecting and documenting residential property damage. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, complete work. Dependable scheduling, timely follow-through, and responsive communication. Ability to travel throughout Lakewood and surrounding communities. Experience with industry-standard estimating software.
