Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Crawl Space Encapsulation Specialist to join our team. This role involves inspecting, quoting, and performing crawl space encapsulation projects to improve home safety and energy efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to quality work. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in assessing crawl spaces, providing accurate estimates, and executing professional encapsulation services. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential crawl spaces to identify issues such as moisture problems, mold, or structural concerns. Provide detailed and accurate quotes based on inspection findings for crawl space encapsulation projects. Perform crawl space encapsulation work, including installing vapor barriers, sealing vents, insulating, and addressing moisture control measures. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry best practices. Communicate effectively with clients to explain inspection findings and recommended solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after project completion. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques related to crawl space inspection and encapsulation. Requirements Prior experience or training in crawl space inspection, encapsulation, or related home improvement services is preferred. But will train the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently. Good communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Physical ability to perform inspections in confined spaces and handle manual tools and equipment safely. Knowledge of moisture control, insulation materials, vapor barriers, and related products is advantageous. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

$20.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 30.0 per week
