Cecil County Government is looking for a motivated Stormwater Management Inspector to join the Department of Public Works' Stormwater Management Division. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys getting out in the field, solving problems, working with people and seeing the results of their work. You'll inspect construction projects and stormwater management facilities, work directly with contractors and property owners to address compliance issues, investigate potential illicit discharges, and help protect the streams, rivers and natural resources of Cecil County. You'll also have opportunities to educate residents and the community about water quality and stormwater protection through outreach and public engagement.
