- Construction Site Representative
- AECOM Buildings + Places Boston/New England's architectural practice includes aviation, transit, research/science, higher education and federal/state/local government projects.
- Position Summary
- The Construction Site Representative will assist the contractor in bringing the design to fruition, utilizing their excellent communication skills, sound technical knowledge, while proactively identifying and resolving construction-related issues in the field.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- + Conduct regular site visits and monitor construction progress for conformance with contract documents, design intent, and quality standards.
- travel can range from 10-30%+ depending upon your location
- Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- + Bachelor's degree in Architecture plus 4years of professional experience, including significant construction administration and field observation experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education + Valid US Driver's License required to regularly drive AECOM vehicles to project sites, and as a condition of employment must pass AECOM's Motor Vehicle Records Review
Preferred Qualifications:
- + •Demonstrated experience with aviation/transportation, municipal, educational, state, federal, and/or other public-sector projects strongly preferred.
- + •8+ years of experience•+ Master's degree in Architecture + Thorough understanding of construction documents, contract terms and responsibilities, building systems, materials, and construction practices.

- Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $90000 to $120000.
