About Us Locker Inspection Services LLC is a Grand Rapids based Residential Inspection Company providing Certified Home Inspections for the Real Estate Industry. Our goal is to make the entire home inspection process an enjoyable, easy and educational experience for our customers. We take pride in providing our home inspection services with quality, integrity, and exceptional customer service. Our business is continually growing and is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who possesses true dedication, professionalism, and exceptional people skills. This is a part-time to full-time contract position with the likely potential to become much more. Experience and qualifications will determine starting pay. Our ideal candidate is someone that has been in the industry for 2 or more years, has a great reputation in the real estate community and who is currently a Certified Home Inspector.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to conduct conversations confidentially and effectively with customers and real estate agents
  • The ability to provide excellent customer service, anticipating and exceeding the needs of customers and real estate agents
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must possess a great attitude, good presence, and professional appearance
  • Integrity, responsible and outstanding work ethic
  • Punctual, dependable and ability to work unsupervised
  • Business minded and keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of residential home systems and components
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn company utilized software programs
  • Ability to participate in local marketing presentations, charity events and other community programs
  • Ability to pass all employment screenings, background checks, and testing for technical knowledge proficiencies
  • Available to work within a 24-hour notice within a pre-established availability schedule
  • Ability to create a customer's home inspection report within 24 hours of the inspection appointment
  • Must be able to climb ladders, carry tools and walk on roofs
  • Must be able to work year-round in various weather conditions and stand for long periods of time
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance to travel to scheduled inspection appointments
  • Available to work some evenings and weekends
  • Physically capable of inspecting confined spaces including crawl spaces and attics
  • Candidate must successfully complete paid in field training as well as InterNACHI's online educational training and certification program provided at company expense
  • Ability to tolerate and adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure and occasional high-stress environments
