In this role, your expertise will contribute to delivering visually stunning and durable embroidered products that meet our strict quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship and technical skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Duties Operate industrial Tajima embroidery machines with precision, ensuring accurate placement of designs on garments and textiles Measure fabric and materials accurately using measuring instruments to ensure proper alignment and sizing of embroidery patterns Prepare materials by manually cutting fabric and handling upholstery or garment components for embroidery projects Follow detailed design specifications and quality standards in production to maintain consistency across all items Conduct dimensional measurements on finished products to verify adherence to design specifications Maintain safety standards in production by following proper machine operation procedures and handling materials safely Perform routine maintenance on sewing, embroidery, and serging machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity Experience Proven experience operating industrial sewing machines, embroidery machines, and sergers in a manufacturing or textile environment Knowledge of garment construction, seam construction, and sewing techniques including garment sewing and upholstery work Familiarity with measuring instruments used for precise fabric and product measurements Understanding of quality standards in production to ensure high-quality output consistently Experience handling various fabric materials, including textiles used in upholstery or apparel manufacturing Ability to interpret design files or patterns for embroidery projects accurately Knowledge of safety standards in production environments to maintain a safe workspace at all times Join our team as an Embroidery Specialist and bring your craftsmanship to life!
