Independent Property Field Inspector (Contractor) Route-Based Work | Paid Per Inspection | Choose Your Own Schedule NSPEKTR is a growing field data collection company supporting national insurance and mortgage clients. We are currently expanding and looking for reliable, self-motivated independent contractors to complete property inspections in their local area. This is NOT hourly work. This is a performance-based opportunity best suited for individuals who are comfortable working independently, managing routes, and completing volume-based assignments efficiently.

What You'll Do:

Travel to assigned properties in your area Capture clear exterior/interior photos Measure property structures Record basic property condition information Submit completed reports the same day

Compensation:

Inspections range: $6-20 per inspection (depending on inspection type) High-performing contractor typically complete multiple inspections per route/day.

This Role Is Ideal For:

Independent workers who prefer flexibility Gig workers (Uber, DoorDash, etc.) Route-based or field service professionals Individuals comfortable with volume-based pay

Requirements:

Reliable vehicle & valid driver's license Smartphone or camera with zoom capability Measuring tools (tape or wheel) Reliable internet access Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Important:

This is a production-based role. Income is directly tied to the number of inspections completed and submitted.
