Senior Electrical QA/QC Inspector —
Pipelines & Industrial Facilities Where:

Term:
12 Months Is this you? Do you thrive on verifying that complex electrical, communication, and instrumentation systems are installed exactly to spec? Can you navigate drawings, plans, specifications, and Contract Documents with confidence? Are you comfortable working under the direction of a Chief Inspector or Resident Engineer, adapting to project needs? Do you know the NEC (ANSI/NFPA 70) and how it applies under CFR Title 49 Part 192? What you'll do Oversee and verify E, C&I installation quality on construction projects for natural gas pipelines and industrial facilities. Confirm conformance with approved-for-construction drawings, specifications, and Contract Documents. Evaluate data acquisition platforms plus pneumatic and electrical control systems for proper installation and performance. Keep a meticulous inspector's log and generate clear, timely inspection reports.
Lead with safety:
proactively identify hazards and report them to the Chief Inspector and Safety Inspector. Check all materials for compliance with Company requirements before use. Coordinate proposed design changes or material substitutions with the Chief Inspector/Resident Engineer and secure Company approval prior to execution. Communicate daily progress, risks, and potential issues to project leadership. What you bring to the team 5 years as an Electrical Inspector/Technician or journeyman; at least 2 years in pipeline or plant settings focused on electrical power and control system construction methods. Working knowledge of National Electrical Code (N.E.C.) guidelines. Meets baseline qualifications for a Utility Inspector (basic inspector).
