Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough and detailed inspections of residential properties, including but not limited to homes, condos, and apartments. Evaluate and report on the condition of various components, systems, and structures within properties, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Communicate inspection findings to clients in a clear and professional manner. Assist clients in understanding the implications of inspection results and potential repair or maintenance needs. Maintain accurate records of inspections, including written reports and photographic documentation. Qualifications:
Valid home inspector license in accordance with state or local regulations. A clean and valid driver's license, as the role may require traveling to inspection locations.
