Our client in the home inspection industry, is seeking a Home Inspector to join their team. As a Home Inspector, you will be part of the field operations supporting property inspections for clients. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? Conduct independent home inspections prior to property sale for clients such as D.R. Horton Assess the condition of homes and identify potential issues or areas needing attention Prepare detailed inspection reports for clients and stakeholders Drive to various inspection sites within designated markets Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety standards during inspections What's Needed? Previous experience or interest in home inspection or related fields Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication skills for reporting findings clearly Valid driver's license and willingness to drive on the clock What's in it for me?
