Immediately needed personnel with interest in engineering and construction fields, as well as personnel with education or experience in construction industry, such as buildings, roads, and infrastructures / utilities. Knowledge of earthwork, concrete, asphalt, steel will be helpful. Training will be provided. Candidates with civil or construction engineering degree may be eligible for higher pay. These positions are meant to be long-term jobs on public sector projects throughout the state of North Carolina. Person should be able-bodied capable of lifting 60 pound weight and work on construction sites day-shift. Person must be legal to work with clean criminal background and able to pass a drug test to work on government jobs. Valid driver license and transportation to report to work are required. Basic knowledge of computers including MS word, excel and outlook required. Ability to compose reports in English and math skills required.
