Job Description

We are seeking independent contractors to complete field calls, letter deliveries, and light property inspections on behalf of financial institutions. Our leadership team brings over 15 years of experience—spanning field operations, management, and direct work with lenders and clients. This opportunity allows you to work on your own schedule while getting out in your local area.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct field visits and basic property inspections
- Deliver letters and documentation
- Perform brief interviews with homeowners when required
- Submit time-sensitive photos and reports
Requirements:
- Provide proof of an EIN, DBA, LLC, or Business License (state or county)
- Take a background check
- Own a smartphone with reliable service
- Have dependable internet, a computer, and a printer
- Be available for occasional evening or weekend work based on client needs
- Strong organization, reliability, and navigation skills
Compensation:
- Typical earnings range from $400
- 1,000 per month depending on area
- Some territories may offer higher earning potential
