Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Home Inspector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will perform residential home inspections, termite inspections, and radon testing while providing clear, professional reports to home buyers, sellers, and real estate agents.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive home inspections for residential properties Perform termite/WDI inspections and identify potential pest-related damage Set up and retrieve radon testing equipment and report results Document findings with photos and detailed notes Prepare and deliver clear, professional inspection reports Communicate inspection results with clients and real estate agents Maintain inspection equipment and stay current with industry standards

Qualifications:

Home inspection license or ability to obtain licensing (if required by state) Certification or experience with termite/WDI inspections and radon testing preferred Strong attention to detail and observational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to climb ladders, access crawl spaces, attics, and roofs Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Comfortable using inspection software and technology

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in construction, contracting, or home inspection Familiarity with structural systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and roofing
