Job Overview We're looking for a New Jersey Licensed Home Inspector to join our company as an independent contractor. You'll conduct thorough residential home inspections, evaluating structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and foundation systems, and deliver clear, accurate reports to clients.

Pay is commission-based:

the more inspections you complete, the more you earn, so it's a great fit for a self-motivated inspector who wants control over their schedule and income. What We Provide

• Perform complete home inspections in accordance with New Jersey licensing standards and Standards of Practice
• Inspect structural components, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and foundation systems
• Identify safety hazards, code violations, and maintenance issues
• Take photos and detailed notes on-site
• Prepare and deliver clear, professional written inspection reports in a timely manner
• Communicate findings to clients and real estate agents in a professional manner
• Represent the company professionally while wearing provided branded gear Requirements
• Active New Jersey Home Inspector license (required)
• Proven experience performing residential home inspections
• Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and safety standards
• Reliable transportation to travel to inspection sites across New Jersey
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Schedule Flexible, contractor schedule based on inspection volume you choose to take on (approximately 10-40 hours per week).
