Where do YOU fit in? The Stormwater Inspector Team Lead is responsible for conducting inspections of stormwater management systems and associated infrastructure to ensure regulatory compliance, system functionality, and environmental stewardship for AQUALIS customers. This position serves as a frontline representative of AQUALIS and plays a critical role in helping clients maintain compliance with federal, state, and local stormwater regulations while protecting water quality. The Stormwater Inspector Lead reports to the Business Development Manager, New Jersey Office and performs field inspections, documents site conditions, identifies maintenance and repair needs, prepares reports with the support of the AQUALIS Compliance team, and communicates findings to clients and internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to work independently in various weather and field conditions as well as significant travel.
