Job Description

Turn Your Charisma into Commission | Join Our High-Energy B2B Team! We are looking for a dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Commercial Pest Inspector to join our team. The Commercial Pest Inspector is responsible for inspecting commercial properties, identifying current and potential pest activity, documenting findings, and communicating recommended solutions to customers. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, interacting with business owners and facility managers, and providing professional service in a variety of commercial environments.
What You'll Do:
Conduct thorough pest inspections of commercial properties. Identify signs of pest activity, harborage areas, conducive conditions, and potential entry points. Inspect interior and exterior areas, including kitchens, storage areas, mechanical rooms, landscaping, rooftops, and other applicable areas. Identify common commercial pests, including rodents, termites, cockroaches, ants, spiders, flies, gophers, and other structural or nuisance pests. Document inspection findings accurately using company systems and inspection reports. Take photographs and provide detailed documentation when necessary. Make professional recommendations based on inspection findings. Communicate findings and service recommendations clearly to customers and property managers. Identify conditions that may contribute to pest activity and educate customers on corrective measures. Maintain accurate service records and follow company protocols. Coordinate with service technicians when additional treatment or corrective action is needed. Follow all company safety procedures, pesticide regulations, and applicable state and local requirements.
