Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and informative instruction to aspiring home inspectors. Teach New York State-required courses and certification materials, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Provide practical, real-world examples to help students understand inspection processes. Create and maintain a positive learning environment. Evaluate and assess student performance, offering constructive feedback. Stay up-to-date with changes in New York State regulations and home inspection trends.

Requirements:

Valid New York State Home Inspector License. Proven experience in the home inspection industry with a minimum of [2] years of active practice. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Previous teaching experience or a passion for mentoring is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with New York State home inspection standards and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:
