Tuckahoe, NY We are a licensed Special Inspection Agency based in Tuckahoe, NY that is seeking a qualified Mechanical Special Inspector to join our team. We are looking for a candidate with strong mechanical engineering experience—preferably within the construction industry—and the appropriate certifications. Key Responsibilities Perform inspections related to: Mechanical and heating systems, Standpipe and sprinkler systems, Energy Code compliance Conduct additional inspections as needed, including: Structural stability, Spray-On Fireproofing, Firestopping Qualifications Strong background in Mechanical Engineering Experience in the construction industry preferred ICC Commercial Mechanical certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license required Ability to perform a variety of inspection types with accuracy and professionalism Service Area We provide inspection services throughout: The five boroughs of
