Individuals must be able to work independently, have a strong work ethic, loyal, organized, follow detailed order requirements, reliable, and able to meet strict deadlines. Excellent communication skills and basic computer skills are a must to submit photos and documentation. We are looking for individuals on a contract basis working primarily during the day, but able to work some weekends as well. Type of Work

• -Interior and Exterior property inspections, photo documentation, basic securing of property to minimize safety hazards, deliver and/or post notifications, etc. Tools/Equipment Needed
• Reliable vehicle (with good gas mileage), iPhone, stand alone GPS and route maximizing software, computer with high speed internet connection, printer/scanner, Volt stick, Selfie Stick. Training
• No experience necessary, we will train selected candidate. 2 days of training out of Mansfield, Ohio Pay
• Is based on per inspection rate and paid weekly via direct deposit.

This is a subcontractor position only. The amount of pay and work will be based on performance and willingness to cover all areas listed below. Must be able to pass a background check.

Coverage area:

Akron, Brady Lake, Brimfield, Coventry Township, Cuyahoga Falls, Hartville, Kent, New Franklin, Ravenna, Silver Lake, Stow, Tallmadge, Uniontown, Hartville Potential for more work with 200 additional orders if interested which would add about $1,500 per month.
