About Our Client About the client: Headquarters in Holden, MA - additional presence on the cape, the islands Projects located throughout MA, Cape Cod, Nantucket Founded 50+ years ago, premier luxury builder in new England 200 employees across construction, mull work, design, and corporate Specialize in Ground Up Custom homes, large scale renovations, historic renovations, and complex estate properties Long term relationships and repeat clients Strong company culture, long tenured employees Job Description Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Perform routine inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly. Collaborate with construction teams to ensure project timelines are met. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues as they arise. Maintain accurate records of work performed and site conditions. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful Field Technician should have: Experience with on-site construction processes and quality control. Knowledge of safety protocols and construction standards. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
