Duties Conduct comprehensive site inspections to verify compliance with construction plans, specifications, and building codes. Monitor construction activities for adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards, documenting findings accurately. Review technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction documents to interpret project requirements effectively. Collect and analyze data related to construction progress, materials usage, and quality inspections to support project reporting. Inspect public infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, pipelines, and other civil works to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards are met. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve issues related to construction site inspections and quality control. Maintain detailed records of construction site inspections, non-compliance issues, corrective actions taken, and other relevant documentation. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for report writing, data analysis, and documentation management. Extensive experience working on construction sites within civil infrastructure projects; familiarity with public works construction is highly valued. Strong understanding of construction regulations, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures. Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans accurately. Skilled in conducting construction quality inspections and site assessments with attention to detail. Knowledge of construction management principles including contracts, specifications, and regulatory compliance requirements. Excellent analysis skills for evaluating construction processes and identifying potential issues before they escalate.
