Duties Assist in the installation, inspection, and maintenance of erosion control measures such as silt fences, sediment basins, erosion mats, and other best practices aligned with project specifications. Lead or support team members in executing erosion control plans efficiently on active construction sites. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor erosion control effectiveness, identify issues promptly, and implement corrective actions. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed. Assist in managing contracts related to erosion control materials and services while ensuring adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations. Participate in safety meetings and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members on-site. Requirements Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on erosion control or civil construction projects. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, lift heavy materials, and perform manual tasks as needed.
