Job Description
This is a 1099 independent contractor position for a Construction Inspector. Inspectors perform on-site property inspections in their local area, documenting current site conditions and verifying construction progress to support insurance underwriting and claims decisions. This is a flat-rate contract role paid per completed inspection based on project type, with flexible, self-managed scheduling.
