Job Description

Seeking candidates for the following role in the Northeast area:

Construction Code Official:

This position is suited for individuals with certifications who have experience performing these services for municipalities and/or third-party agencies. Inspector candidates must be well versed in the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (UCC), perform plan review of construction documents, inspect construction, administer and enforce codes and regulations. Multiple UCC certifications are required in either commercial and/or residential disciplines. Commercial certifications preferred. All candidates must possess computer skills and the ability to organize and manage their priorities. Applicants must also demonstrate the ability to maintain professional working relationships with Building Inspection Underwriters colleagues and customers. Additionally, applicants must have the ability to work remotely as well as travel to and inspect construction sites.
