This position offers flexible scheduling , hybrid work , and a mix of field-based inspections and independent reporting . This is a contract role; however, there is potential for the right candidate to grow into a full-time employee position in the future.

What You'll Do:

Perform stormwater inspections and site reviews at construction projects to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Provide clear, professional, face-to-face compliance guidance to customers. Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with construction teams to address and resolve compliance issues.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

4-year degree or equivalent relevant work experience. Knowledge of construction practices and compliance requirements preferred. High integrity, reliability, and ability to work independently. Strong face-to-face communication skills. Ability to manage your own schedule and work effectively in the field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
