About Crossroads Engineering, LLC Crossroads Engineering is a small, independent forensic engineering firm serving clients throughout New England. Our work focuses on structural engineering, building envelope investigations, and objective causation analysis. We are committed to delivering technically sound opinions, exceptional client service, and practical engineering solutions while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. We started Crossroads with a simple goal: provide high-quality engineering analysis while being responsive, practical, and easy to work with. Our work often involves unique properties and challenging problems, so no two days—or two investigations—are exactly alike. We are a small company with significant room for growth. That means our engineers have an opportunity to be more than just a number on a large team. You will work directly with company leadership, interact with clients, visit a wide variety of properties, and have a meaningful role in helping shape the future of the company. Our work can take you from a residential property to a commercial building, from a roof inspection to a structural investigation, and from an initial site visit through the preparation of a technical report. We value engineers who enjoy solving problems, communicating clearly, taking ownership of their work, and continuing to develop their technical expertise. Crossroads is still in the early stages of its growth, and we believe that creates an exciting opportunity for the right person. We are building a company where strong performance, good judgment, client service, and teamwork are recognized and where employees can grow alongside the business. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a growing engineering firm, take on meaningful responsibility, and help build something from the ground up, we would like to hear from you.
