Rental Property Inspector

Candidate will be responsible for inspecting residential rental properties for lease violations and repair issues.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting property inspections including regular checks for occupancy, vacant property inspections, periodic rental inspections, tenant move-out inspections, and tenant move-in inspections Inspecting repairs completed by maintenance technicians Pre-inspecting properties for repair issues prior to city-mandated inspections Taking pictures of rental properties Ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have a positive attitude, and be motivated to work independently while also having the ability to work well collaboratively. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and reporting. Candidate will be trained on inspection software. The candidate must have a mobile device and a reliable mode of transportation to and from appointments.

Pay:

$20.00 - $50.00 per hour
