Note:
this position requires that the Compliance Inspector use their own personal vehicle to conduct property inspections. Mileage will be reimbursed monthly by way of expense reporting. CAMS (Community Association Management Services) is one of the fastest-growing community association management companies in the southeastern US. We are seeking an experienced part-time (20-24 hours per week) Community Compliance Inspector to conduct property inspections on-site at a Master Homeowner Association in Columbia, SC. The Community Compliance Inspector performs driven inspections of all areas in the community to ensure the Governing documents are being complied with. As an inspector, you are responsible for communicating and monitoring infractions of the deed restrictions. Inspectors must have excellent organizational and observational skills, attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, knowledge of Association governing documents, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and must be comfortable with using tablet software.Note:
this position requires that the Compliance Inspector use their own personal vehicle to conduct property inspections. Mileage will be reimbursed monthly by way of expense reporting. Responsibilities The inspector will work inside (20%) and outside (80%) of the office. Drive throughout the community and inspect the property and common areas. (Inspecting the common areas may include exiting the vehicle). Investigate any complaints and respond as directed. Note and record all new violations and update the status of existing violations. Maintain data and Update violations via a tablet or smartphone or computer. Communicate with the manager, other employees or clients. Produce Reports as directed. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Self-motivated, but willing to ask questions and seek help when needed. Be a team player and willing to help managers and team members. Able to recognize priorities, organize, and execute tasks effectively. Written and verbal communication skills to be accurate, concise, well organized, complete, and clear. Reliable transportation and proof of valid insurance and registration. Clean driving record Pay and Hours Starting hourly rate for this position is $18.00 hourly. This position is part-time up to 24 hours a week. The shifts available are Monday- Friday 8:30 am
- 12:30 pm or Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30 am
- 5:00 pm.
