HomeTeam Inspection Service of Columbia is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Support Inspector to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn a skilled trade, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a licensed home inspector. What You'll Do Assist the Lead Inspector during residential home inspections Inspect key areas of the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and garages Review inspection notes prior to arrival to ensure efficiency on-site Arrive early and prepared for each inspection (15 minutes prior) Help deliver a smooth, professional experience for clients and agents What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills High attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and professional Willingness to learn and take direction (highly coachable) Comfortable using technology and mobile tools Ability to work in varying weather conditions Problem-solving mindset Bonus (not required): Background in residential construction or trades Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable, insured personal vehicle Ability to travel to inspection sites Schedule Part-time Monday-Friday 9:00 AM

• 2:00 PM or 12:00 PM
• 5:00 PM Compensation & Growth $2,000
• 4,000 per month (based on experience and production) Weekly performance bonuses for completing additional services (such as radon testing and other ancillary services) Flexible scheduling Clear path to training, certification, and advancement within the company
