We are seeking a detail-oriented Outside Plant (OSP) Construction Inspector responsible for inspecting and ensuring the successful completion of fiber placement and related construction projects, both aerial and underground. This role focuses on maintaining compliance with contract requirements and customer specifications, ensuring high-quality standards, and keeping detailed project documentation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of meeting business goals while controlling expenses and upholding company directives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee subcontractor construction activities and ensure workmanship adheres to customer-provided plans and specifications. Ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards and best practices. Coordinate and document directional drill bore profiles with subcontractors. Update and maintain redline construction drawings and ensure as-built unit records remain accurate and up-to-date. Complete and submit required project inspection forms, providing weekly reports to the Project Manager. Participate in acceptance testing as directed by the Project Manager. Ensure vendor compliance with applicable state and federal safety regulations.

Required Skills:

Proficient in using iPads, laptops, and web-based applications for reporting and documentation. Familiarity with time reporting, expense reimbursement systems, and company benefit management platforms (if applicable). Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Required Experience:

Previous experience in Outside Plant (OSP) construction inspection is preferred. 3+ years of OSP inspection or related telecommunications experience strongly preferred. Join our team and help ensure excellence in OSP construction projects!
