Job Description

Emerson Pro Services is looking for an experienced Home Inspector to work with our team on a flexible, part-time or per-appointment basis. We work with homeowners, real estate professionals, property managers, and residential properties throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. What We're Looking For We are looking for a reliable and professional inspector who can perform residential property inspections and help identify potential issues related to: Roofing and exterior Foundation and structural concerns Plumbing Electrical HVAC Attic and insulation Gutters and drainage Chimney and fireplace General interior and exterior property conditions Position Structure This is not necessarily a full-time position .
We are open to:
Part-time inspectors Independent inspectors Inspectors who already operate their own inspection business Per-appointment / per-inspection compensation You provide your availability, and we schedule inspections based on your service area and schedule. What We Provide Additional inspection appointments Flexible scheduling No requirement to generate your own leads Opportunity for ongoing and increasing appointment volume Professional office and scheduling support Requirements Home inspection experience Texas Home Inspector License preferred Reliable transportation Professional communication and appearance Ability to document property conditions clearly with photos and notes Dependable and responsive
Compensation:
Competitive pay per inspection/appointment based on experience, inspection type, and scope of work. If you are an experienced home inspector looking to add additional appointments to your schedule without having to spend money generating the leads yourself, we would like to speak with you.
