Emerson Pro Services is looking for an experienced Home Inspector to work with our team on a flexible, part-time or per-appointment basis. We work with homeowners, real estate professionals, property managers, and residential properties throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. What We're Looking For We are looking for a reliable and professional inspector who can perform residential property inspections and help identify potential issues related to: Roofing and exterior Foundation and structural concerns Plumbing Electrical HVAC Attic and insulation Gutters and drainage Chimney and fireplace General interior and exterior property conditions Position Structure This is not necessarily a full-time position .

Part-time inspectors Independent inspectors Inspectors who already operate their own inspection business Per-appointment / per-inspection compensation You provide your availability, and we schedule inspections based on your service area and schedule. Compensation:

Competitive pay per inspection/appointment based on experience, inspection type, and scope of work.
