Residential Property Inspector Requirements:

2 years of Residential/Multifamily Maintenance, Property Inspection, or related experience required Valid drivers license required Experience with HUD Housing Quality Standards or Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher preferred Rent-Reasonableness or Housing Compliance experience preferred HUD HQS Certification preferred Willing to Travel to properties, and climb stairs and step ladders up to 8 feet
