Role:
INTECON seeks Construction Inspectors to ensure construction contractor compliance with approved plans and specifications for
F-22 FTU
Beddown construction contracts.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure construction contractor compliance with approved plans and specifications
  • Inspect construction or renovation of large, complex administrative buildings, hangars, and aircraft maintenance facilities
  • Review construction contractor cost breakdowns, progress measurement data, and field inspection reports
  • Compute periodic payments and recommend approval/disapproval of contractor submittals and progress schedules
  • Prepare Construction Dailies and Weekly Activity Reports
  • Maintain daily logs and safety reports addressing construction progress and contract administration
Required Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with 32 series Civil Engineer AFIs, Unified Facilities Criteria, and applicable building codes
  • Experience with construction inspection on large, complex facilities
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with military construction (MILCON) projects
  • OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification
  • Prior experience supporting Air Force construction programs
Pay:
$50,000.00
