Role:
INTECON seeks Construction Surveillance Technicians to provide security surveillance during construction of sensitive facilities for the
F-22 FTU
Beddown. This critical role ensures compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct construction surveillance of sensitive/classified facility construction
- Monitor construction activities for security compliance
- Document and report potential security concerns
- Ensure compliance with ICD 705 requirements
- Coordinate with security personnel and construction teams
- Maintain surveillance logs and reports
Required Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance
- U.S. Citizenship (required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in at least ONE of the following:
- Construction Security Surveillance
- Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM)
- Industrial or Government security involving Counterintelligence
- Construction Quality Assurance
- Hands-on supervisory construction experience
- Proficient knowledge of Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completed OSHA 10-Hour Safety Course
- Government-approved Construction Surveillance Technician training
- ICD 705 training course completion
- Prior experience with SCIF or sensitive facility construction
Pay:
$70,000.00
- $95,000.
