Full-time What We Need:

Licensed inspectors Contracting/building experience is a PLUS (but not required). We are seeking licensed home inspectors to join our team! Leave all aspects of running the business to a highly respected and established company. Focus on helping clients and doing what you love. We service clients in Whatcom, Mount Vernon, Island & Snohomish Counties and need a moitvated inspector ASAP.

What We Are Looking For:

Has an active Washington State Home Inspector License Must pass background/DMV check & sign a non-disclosure/Solicitation Agreement (required). Must be diligent, punctual, ethical, hard working, and detail oriented. Is customer focused, able to speak professionally and clearly communicate calmly to clients and agents. Must be able to lift and carry 40-50lbs, climb ladders, navigate roofs, enter confined spaces (attics & crawlspaces). Has ability to remain focused while interacting with clients and agents on site & work efficiently alone on site and complete reports promptly on their time. Is available to work as early as 8AM & as late as 5PM with some Saturdays, office is closed Sundays Must be comfortable with long drive times to and in-between inspections. Bi-Lingual Spanish a plus
