Job Description

Job description Polaris Family Behavioral Health, PLLC is a niche group practice specializing in helping clients struggling with anxiety and OCD. We are passionate about using evidence-based therapies to help people make real and impactful changes in their life. We have both part-time and full-time positions open in Bellevue for the right candidates to join our growing team. Our dynamic is welcoming, low-stress, and authentic. We take pride in offering clinicians a flexible and supportive environment where they can build on their unique strengths while receiving continuing education and monthly training opportunities. We are seeking a Licensed Clinician/Therapist to work with kids, teens, and adults.
Requirements:
Master's or Doctorate. Two years of experience in direct 1:1 counseling. WA State Department of Health license.
Ideal Applicant Qualifications:
Direct experience working with kids, adolescents, or adults in a therapeutic setting. Experience providing strong motivation to learn evidence-based therapies such as CBT or ERP. Incredibly passionate about providing quality therapy. A willingness and motivation to grow and evolve as a therapist. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to maintain treatment records consistently and in a timely fashion. Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information. Ability to design and implement appropriate treatment plans. Willingness to work 2 evenings and/or one weekend day.

Salary Range:
$50,000 to $90,000 per year, dependent on full-time or part-time status, schedule, and experience.
