Erosion Control & Hydroseed Field Technician Above & Beyond is hiring a full-time Field Technician to join our team serving SW Washington and Oregon. Responsibilities:

Install erosion control BMPs including silt fence, wattles, inlet protection, and more Assist with commercial and residential hydroseed projects Support CESCL site inspections Load, unload, and care for equipment and materials Use power tools and field equipment safely Keep trucks, trailers, equipment, and jobsites clean and organized Work outdoors in changing conditions and help the crew safely get each job done right

Applicants should be comfortable with physical outdoor work, able to lift 50+ pounds, have a valid driver's license, and meet applicable pre-employment requirements.
