1st Shift | Monday•Friday | 5:00 AM•1:00PM Overtime:
As needed (extended weekday hours and/or Saturdays)Pay Range:
$25.00•$28.00 per hour (starting) Position Overview We are seeking two detail-oriented Quality Inspectors to support inspection activities within a manufacturing environment focused on electrical components and enclosure systems. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards, engineering drawings, and established procedures. Candidates must be open to traveling to another Ohio-based facility for approximately two weeks of initial training. Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Inspection Perform visual and functional inspections of electrical components and assemblies in tanks and enclosures Verify proper function of GFI outlets, lights, and dampers through inspection, photo, and video documentation Confirm torque markings and conduit labeling; apply inspection marks as needed Conduct basic electrical testing (continuity, insulation resistance, polarity verification) Accurately document inspection results, non-conformances, and test data Identify and report defects or deviations to leadership General Quality Control Perform inspections across welding, assembly, paint, and related manufacturing processes when electrical inspections are not required Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects Follow drawings, SOPs, and quality standards Maintain inspection tools and equipment in proper working condition Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or electrical training preferred Experience in electrical inspection, assembly, or manufacturing environments Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Familiarity with general QC processes (welding, paint, assembly) is a plus Experience using testing equipment such as multimeters and continuity testers Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to work independently and across multiple production areas Additional Requirements Willingness to travel within Ohio for approximately 2 weeks of initial training Ability to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift Strong visual acuity and manual dexterity for detailed inspectionsPay:
