Job Description

Job Description General Description NES is hiring crane operators for the North Slope. Crane operators must be capable of running lattice boom and hydraulic cranes. Crane operators are primarily responsible for operation and maintenance of cranes. We are looking for a versatile crane operator to join our team and work with other aspects of our company to get the job done in a safe and timely manner. Duties include driving truck and other heavy equipment operation in addition to crane operation. This position is on the North Slope of Alaska which is an Arctic Environment. Work rotation is planned to be 3 weeks on 3 weeks off, but may vary depending on project requirements. Housing and food are paid by NES while at work. Essential Duties and Job Requirements
  • NCCCO certifications.
  • Class A CDL
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment operations, and general maintenance procedures and processes.
  • Comply with company and customer policies and procedures.
  • Report all incidents involving injuries, spills, equipment malfunction or damage to the supervisor.
  • Support zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations. Minimum Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 years crane operation experience
  • Arctic oilfield experience is preferred. Hiring Requirements
