Full-time | In-person ⸻ Position Overview PNK Group is seeking a licensed Crane Operator to join our team at a precast concrete plant in Winder, GA. This role is responsible for handling finished product movement, organizing yard storage, and ensuring safe and efficient loading operations. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Operate crane for stripping (demolding) concrete products Handle storage and organization of finished goods in the yard Perform loading and unloading of finished products for shipment Ensure safe handling and transportation of materials Maintain equipment in proper working condition Follow all safety procedures and operational standards ⸻ Key Objective of the Role Increase production flow efficiency by ensuring proper yard organization and smooth loading of finished products. ⸻ Qualifications Valid NCCCO Crane Operator Certification required Proven experience operating cranes in industrial or construction environments Experience working with concrete or precast products preferred Strong understanding of safety procedures and load handling Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment ⸻ Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to sit, operate machinery, and maintain focus for extended periods ⸻ Work Environment Industrial plant / yard environment Exposure to dust, noise, and heavy equipment Required use of PPE (hard hat, safety boots, etc.) ⸻ Compensation & Benefits $30 per hour (for qualified candidates with NCCCO certification and experience) Full-time position 60-day probation period
