Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as Cranes, dozers, loaders, and excavators on construction sites. Ensure the safe and efficient use of machinery, including concrete mixers and dump trucks. Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Collaborate with team members to execute construction plans and adhere to project timelines. Follow safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, including dozers, loaders, and excavators NCCCO Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations Experience operating concrete mixers, cranes, and various trucks (dump, water) Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing project needs
