The bartley Corporation is seeking an experienced and dependable Crane Truck Driver / Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for safely driving and operating a crane truck to transport, load, unload, and place concrete forms at various jobsites. Key Responsibilities Safely drive a panel crane truck to and from jobsites Operate the truck-mounted crane for loading, unloading, and placement of concrete forms Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections Properly secure loads and verify equipment before transport Set up the crane safely, including outriggers and appropriate work-zone precautions Communicate effectively with foremen, crews, and signal persons during lifting operations Follow company, DOT, OSHA, and jobsite safety requirements Maintain accurate inspection, delivery, and equipment records Assist crews as needed with material handling and jobsite operations Maintain the truck and crane in clean, safe operating condition Qualifications Valid CDL appropriate for the vehicle being operated Previous experience operating a truck-mounted crane or panel crane truck Knowledge of safe rigging, lifting, load securement, and crane operations Ability to safely maneuver large commercial vehicles on active construction sites Strong safety awareness and good communication skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Clean driving record What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who understands that this position is more than driving a truck.
