Qualifications Required:
Strong mechanical and construction skills Ability to safely operate and work around construction equipment Ability to work at heights and from aerial lifts Ability to use common hand and power tools Ability to read a tape measure and understand basic construction drawings Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions Ability to work safely as part of a field installation crew Reliable attendance and dependable work habits Valid driver's license and reliable transportationPreferred:
ClassA CDL NCCCO
crane certification Crane operation experience Rigging and signaling experience Welding/fabrication experience Commercial electrical experience Concrete/foundation experience Experience operating telehandlers, skid steers, mini excavators, augers, or similar equipment Commercial construction experience Previous sign installation experience Class A CDL and/or crane certification is preferred and may result in higher compensation based on experience and qualifications. Compensation $30.00- 40.

The job requires the ability to: Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Climb ladders and work from aerial lifts Work at elevated heights Lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various positions for extended periods Work around heavy equipment, cranes, trucks, tools, and construction activities Travel to and work at commercial job sites Safety Safety is a fundamental part of our installation operations. Employees are expected to follow all company safety procedures, OSHA requirements, jobsite rules, equipment procedures, and applicable training requirements.
