Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Certified Crane Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating hydraulic truck cranes and a strong commitment to safety and customer service. Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Key Responsibilities Safely operate hydraulic truck cranes and other complex heavy-lift equipment across a variety of job sites Read and interpret lift plans, load charts, site requirements, and job documentation Set up and tear down cranes efficiently and safely Perform daily equipment inspections, basic maintenance, and complete required documentation Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and crew members Maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience:
Prior experience with crane setup, teardown, and heavy-lift operations strongly preferred Licenses & Certifications NCCCO Crane Operator Certification meeting OSHA requirements CDL A or B DOT Medical Card Skills & Physical Requirements Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate complex construction equipment Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and dedication to safety
