Tower Crane Operator

Join Our Team as a Tower Crane Operator for Concrete Structures Construction! We are seeking an experienced Tower Crane Operator to join our construction team. This role is responsible for safely operating tower cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment on active construction sites. What you need to qualify:

• Proven experience operating tower cranes on commercial or industrial construction projects
• Valid crane operator certification (NCCCO or NCCER)
• Strong understanding of crane load charts, rigging practices, and jobsite safety
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Excellent communication, teamwork skills and dependability Responsibilities Operate tower crane to lift, move, and place materials, equipment, and concrete as required on the jobsite Perform daily inspections of crane equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns Work closely with riggers, signal person, and site supervisors to ensure safe lifting operations Follow all OSHA, company, and site-specific safety procedures Monitor load weights and crane capacity to ensure safe operation Maintain clear communication with ground personnel during lifts Assist with crane assembly and disassembly as needed What's in it for you: A supportive employer that invests in your professional growth with training and certification opportunities.

Pay:

$45.00 - $55.00 per hour
